INVITATION TO BID Region 8 RPH Public Bidding No. 1 Series of 2024 (kWh Meters)

1. Pursuant to National Electrification Administration (NEA) Memorandum No. 2024-06, otherwise known as the “Adoption of the NEA Implementing Guidelines for the Regional Procurement Hub Program for Electric Cooperatives” (the “RPH Guidelines”) the following Electric Cooperatives of Region Eight (8), together with the RENAGMEC Power Corporation (“RENAGMEC” or the “Confirmed RA”), through the NEA Special Bids and Awards Committee for the RPH Program (NEA SBAC), now invite interested bidders, to participate and submit bid proposals relative to the consignment, supply and delivery of kWh Meters:

A. Biliran Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BILECO)

B. Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DORELCO)

C. Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ESAMELCO)

D. Leyte II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO II)

E. Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO III)

F. Leyte IV Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO IV)

G. Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO V)

H. Northern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NORSAMELCO)

I. Samar I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO I)

J. Samar II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO II)

K. Southern Leyte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SOLECO)

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Member ECs”).

2. The Region 8 RPH is located at RENAGMEC Compound, Barangay San Juan, Sta. Rita, Samar (the “RPH”).

3. The kWh Meters to be consigned, supplied and delivered are as follows:
