INVITATION TO BID

The Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO III) invites all interested bidders for the bidders for the supply and delivery of the following:

Interested bidders shall submit their LETTER OF INTENT and comply with the following Accreditation Requirements for those who are not yet accredited:

1. Letter of Intent

2. Original/Certified True Copy of Supplier’s License/Accreditation

3. Business Permit

4. SEC Registration

5. Certified True Copy of the Latest Financial Statement and Latest Income Tax Return

6. Certification of Availability

7. Picture of Office/ Company

Bidding documents and detailed technical specifications shall be issued to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee (Bid Docs Fee) to our BAC Secretary on the day of Pre-Bid Conference. Only those who have purchased the Bid Documents shall be allowed to participate in the Pre-Bid and Bidding Proper and raise or submit queries or clarifications.

All particulars relative to the eligibility requirements, examination and evaluation of bids and post qualification shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 10531 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

LEYECO III reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare failure of bidding and not award any contract without thereby incuring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
